Product warranty is two fold. Firstly, all and any damages, discrepencies, malfunctions or request for refunds; must be notified immediately (and within 1 day) after opening the product. 

Notification is officially via email, text or speaking to us directly and making an agreement.

We reserved the right to honor the warranty and determine legitamcy of proof photos, videos sent in, as we will also retain these as proof, if required for futher action.

In other words, don't abuse the system set up to serve the customer. If you dropped/broke it, then tell us, send back the damaged item and trust the process.

We stand by our products and will duly repair, replace products and refund justifed warranty issues, used under correct criteria, laid down with each product.
